RESERVE YOUR SEAT
To reserve a seat to attend your lesson in presence you need to know the date and time of the lesson, the code of the building where the classroom is located (indicated on the timesheet of the class).
Reservation must be done through the Prodigit platform access and the Infostud credentials, i.e. your student number and password (forgot password).
At the end of reservation, the system produces a receipt to be printed or saved on the phone to show it at the access gates.
Every single class must be booked, even if different classes take place on the same day. Save your booking receipts or take a screenshot of the summary page to limit simultaneous access to Prodigit that slows down the system's performance.
Cancel your reservation if you decide not to go, so you will give way to another student. The cancellation must be made on the same days as the booking: from Wednesday to Saturday of the previous week.
Classrooms assigned for a lesson may change for organizational reasons. Consult the timetable in real time.
ACCESS TO VIRTUAL CLASSROOMS (ZOOM LINK)
If you have not succeeded in reserving your seat, you can still follow your class remotely by entering the classroom with the Zoom link corresponding to the classroom number indicated on the timesheet.
ACCESS LIBRARY, OFFICES AND LABORATORIES IN SAN PIETRO IN VINCOLI
To access the Boaga library, administrative, Erasmus and teaching offices, you just need to fill out the self-certification form and show it at the entrance.
