ACCESS TO SAN PIETRO IN VINCOLI

There are the necessary indications to enter San Pietro in Vincoli according to Sapienza’s  provisions as a result of the measures taken to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic. These guidelines apply to:

  • Students
  • Professors and Administrative Staff
  • External users and visitors

 

SERVICES AND OFFICES

Boaga Library

From Monday, September 7th, 2020, the Boaga library reopens to the public, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in accordance with the following safety principles and the rules for the containment of Coronavirus infection:
- loans and consultation of our material are available by email reservation at: bibliotecaboaga@uniroma1.it
- there are 23 available seats that can be booked via the following link: https://www.ing.uniroma1.it/ingressi/
- HAND SANITATION WILL BE MANDATORY AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE LIBRARY
- DURING YOUR STAY IN THE LIBRARY, YOU WILL HAVE TO WEAR THE MASK

Administration and Accounting

From September 01st, 2020, the Staff of the  Administration and Accounting office is in service partly in presence and partly in smart working on shift. Thus, the main means of communication with the Staff remains, as in previous months, the telephone or e-mail.
In order to ensure adequate safety and traceability, from September 01st, 2020 only people who have previously agreed an appointment for motivated and unbreakable needs will be able to access the premises of the Spending Centre, equipped with masks.

Faculty Office
From September 01st, 2020, the Staff of the  Faculty office is in service partly in presence and partly in smart working on shift. Thus, the main means of communication with the Staff remains, as in previous months, the telephone or e-mail.
In order to ensure adequate safety and traceability, from September 01st, 2020 only people who have previously agreed an appointment for motivated and unbreakable needs will be able to access the premises of the Spending Centre, equipped with masks.
 
ICT (Information and Communications Technology)

The Information and Communications Technology Centre will remain closed to users until at least September 30TH, 2020. Any changes and/or updates will always be placed on this page.

General Services, Maintenance and Space Management
From September 01st, 2020, the Staff of the  Faculty is in service partly in presence and partly in smart working on shift. Thus, the main means of communication with the Staff remains, as in previous months, the telephone or e-mail.
