Online procedures for booking the graduation exam
Starting from the 2017 July session, students who are graduating from the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering will only be able to submit their graduation application online, following a specific procedure that can be found on the Infostud portal. All of the students have a specific service on Infostud which allows them to draft a new online application. All of the rapporteurs have a service on Infostud that allows them to accept the application.
The deadline indicated on the memo refers solely to the date by which students must send their application to the supervisor, who can accept the application even after the expiry date.
Attached are the new reminders for undergraduates, the instructions for students on how to draft their application and the instructions for the rapporteurs regarding their acceptance.
