Dean’s Secretariat, Communication, Innovation

The Dean’s Secretariat oversees institutional relations and institutional correspondence, manages the agenda of the Dean’s activity and supports him in his direct implementation activities, including the application and revision of the internal organizational model. It ensures the instruction of the acts signed by the Dean, with particular regard to the identification and management of interfaces between the offices responsible for each sector and acts, ensuring the compliance provided by the laws, regulations and rules within the University.

It cooperates with the Dean for innovative activities of all kinds, for simplifying administrative procedures and for the full digitization of acts.

It carries out procedures related to the management of the attendance and permits of the Staff of the Administration of the Faculty and the procedures for the ancillary wage.

It manages and coordinates Scholars assigned to the Faculty and the related Calls.

It plans and coordinates the internal and external communication of the Faculty in synergy with the Departments.
