Administration and Accounting
The Spending Centre coordinates the administrative-accounting activities related to the offices of the Faculty, as required by the Regulations for Administration, Finance and Accounting.
In relation to the accounting processes, it performs the functions of: cooperation on the planning, management, revision of prevision and final balance; formulation of the proposal for the annual and three-year budget, in accordance with the policy guidelines; management of the resources allocated by the General Manager, on the basis of the annual Financial Report; it exercises its spending powers and revenue acquisition powers, on the basis of the authorization of the General Manager; it supervises the general development of the economic, financial and capital management of its Structure, with the assumption of its responsibility; it accounts records following the events that occurred with reference to the Structure.
