Characteristics of the mobility

  • Students will not be asked to pay enrollment fees at the host University, (although some partner Institutions may require a percentage of the enrollment fee).
  • Students will benefit from a financial contribution awarded by the Internationalization Office (ARI). This sum will cover the entire mobility, and is valid from a minimum of 90 days to a maximum of 2 whole semesters.
  • Students will take advantage of the services of the host Institutions such as libraries, laboratories etc., offered to regular students.
  • Students are responsible for paying all other expenses such as visa, travel and accommodation.
  • The Learning Agreement must provide a minimum of 12 CFU of Sapienza exams to be recognized on return even in the case of a thesis research. For 2 consecutive semesters, the minimum of CFU to be recognized upon return is 24.

Students can be granted a scholarship only ONCE for each cycle of studies. The scholarship is not cumulable with other grants. More information about characteristics and financial contribution.
