Biophysics@Rome 2019
We are pleased to inform you that the Biophysics@Rome 2019 conference will be held at the headquarters of the National Research Council (Piazzale Aldo Moro, 7 - Rome) on the 15th and 16th of May.
The event will be opened by a speech by Cristiano Viappiani, president of SIBPA, Italian Society of Pure and Applied Biophysics, and will see the participation of important invited speakers: the physicist Enrico Gratton from the University of California, Professor Giorgio Colombo of the University of Pavia, Dr. Odeta Limaj of the European Research Council Executive Agency and Dr. Francesco Loreto, Director of the Department of Biology, agriculture and food sciences of the CNR.
This fourth edition of Biophysics @ Rome maintains its free nature and aims to continue the work of creating fertile ground for the emergence of interdisciplinary skills, bringing together experiences from different and interconnected fields.
For this reason, the 2019 edition will be devoted to the exploration of four levels of organization of living matter:
MOLECULES, CELLS, TISSUES, ORGANISMS AND SYSTEMS
All information on how to register can be found on the conference website where you can submit your contribution:

As every year, the "BiophysicART" IMAGE CONTEST will be active, with the awarding of the most beautiful images sent to the committee, but a special prize offered by SIBPA for the best poster will also be awarded.
We invite you to forward the invitation to participate to anyone you think may be interested.
See you in Rome!
